This work started in 2020 under the name I Canna. It began with plants, the body, and the quiet work of building something to stand on. What has grown from that is more rooted, more honest, and more aligned with how I actually live.
Mama Canna Apothecary is the natural extension of that.
I am a spiritual practitioner who works through prayer, intuition, and plant knowledge to support others. This practice is not set apart from everyday life. It is lived, carried, and continuously learned.
That foundation shapes everything made here.
The products are prepared in the sewasho tradition, a way of working that brings water, herbs, and intention together as one thing. It is not simply about ingredients. It is about how they meet each other, what they are meant to hold, and the presence brought to the making.
